Board of Directors and Management

All corporate powers of the District are vested in and exercised by a Board of Directors consisting of seven members, each serving staggered terms of not more than six years. Directors are elected by qualified voters within the District.

Regular Board Meetings held third Tuesday at 9:00 A.M. November thru March and 7:00 P.M. April thru October. A continuously revised agenda is available for public inspection at the York office headquarters 2122 South Lincoln Avenue in York, Nebraska. These meetings are open to the public.
