As technology continues to evolve, Perennial is focused on adapting to meet your needs by adopting innovative technologies, such as an online portal (SmartHub™) on our website, www.perennialpower.com, to allow you the convenience to manage your account, access billing information, and report issues via the contact us option.
We rely on data for nearly every aspect of our operations. One key piece of data is your contact information. Accurate contact information enables us to improve customer service and enhance communications about your account or power outages.
While we always do our best to maintain service, we occasionally plan outages to update, repair, or replace equipment. In these instances, we can provide advance notification to affected customers through automated phone messages, or email, if we have your updated contact information and
communication preferences.
Keeping Perennial updated with your information also helps us when there is a question about energy use or billing. Many of you have been customers for years, and your account information likely has not been updated for some time. We recognize that many customers now use a cell phone as their primary phone service, and we might not have that number in our system.
Perennial will never share your contact information. Your information is only used by Perennial Public Power District employees. Please take a moment when logging into your account or reviewing your next bill to confirm the primary contact information listed on the back page of your bill. If the primary contact number is not correct you can simply mark it on your remittance slip, call us at 402-362-3355, or email us at perennial@perennialpower.com.
